At L'Atelier du Sans Gluten, we don't mess around with chocolate! A tiny chocolate chip here and there is not acceptable! We make delicious cookies with about 15% of chocolate. And we know it very well: chocolate is everyone's best friend! It goes well with caramel, coconut, hazelnuts and lots of our other ingredients!

Dark chocolate & butter salted caramel:

(9%), salted butter, salt), emulsifier : rapeseed lecithin), brown sugar, ground almondegg white, egg, salt, baking powder : sodium bicarbonate, psyllium fibre, natural vanilla flavor.

Made in a workshop where products containing milk are used.
